History
Baseball was played the first time in 1996 with the creation of the national federation by its Président Étienne N'Guessan. From this date, baseball and softball growth each year. Unfortunatly, the funds of the federation came only from the personal donations of the president. But with passion and volontories, baseball and softball are still being played in Ivory Coast.
