History

Cape Verde Baseball and Softball Federation began as a dream from it's President Luiz Roberto Nunes, who had the opportunity of playing it (Softball) and watching several games while in College in the USA. Since the summer of 1991 after his arrival in America, watching Atlanta Braves x L.A. Dodgers in Atlanta, at the old Braves Field House, Luiz was excited because it reminded him of a game he played in the streets of Brazil growing up, called "bets". [...]
